when we use the value WEIGTH just consider the net weight of the concrete without reinforcement.
So if the the drawings or reports we need show the concrete weight plus rebars weight we need a formula like: GetValue("WEIGHT")+GetValue("CAST_UNIT_REBAR_WEIGHT")
